I would give 6 stars if I could. I had to have an older root canal "redone". And honestly I was very worried the tooth would not be salvageable. But Dr. Shwedel did an amazing job, and went so far as to explain everything every step of the way. Even the staff were gracious, kind, and patient with me. I am confident that I will no longer have anymore issues with the work that he has done. Thank you Naples Endodontics for a job exquisitely done!

All steps in the Root cantal were explained as he performed them. The staff was VERY friendly and worked hard to make you feel comfortable. By far the best service/experience I have received from any professional in Collier County in the 15 years I have lived here. I waited 30 minutes, which I felt was not unreasonable and was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Shwedel apologized for and briefly explained the reason for the wait. These are the small things that matter. My root canal was as "pleasant" as it could possibly be, with every step explained and due consideration regularly given to my comfort level. Highly recommend!

I have never, in any field of medicine, had a doctor take the time to explain in detail the steps he would be taking. I was shown X-rays that pointed out the necessity of a root canal and also at the end showing what was done. The tooth prep prior to the procedure was unique in all my dentistry experience. Absolutely a first class practice.

Dr. Talbott was wonderful! He explained all steps of my procedure. My root canal was quick and painless! Truely! I have never experienced a more professional staff in my life! The receptionist, dental assistant and Dr. Talbott himself. When Dr. Talbott finished my root canal he walked me out to the reception area and gave me his cell number in case I had any problems day or night! Beautiful office and very clean. AND they called me next morning to see how I was doing! Wonderful experience for a root canal (we all hate). I would highly recommend Naples Endodontics!

It's been many years since I had a root canal and I definitely was not looking forward to it. But Dr. Talbott put me at ease, he explained everything before the procedure and to my surprise I really did not feel a thing, no pain at all. I took two Aleve when I got home and woke up this morning with no discomfort. I would highly recommend Dr. Talbott and his staff.

This was my second visit. My appointment was at 1:00 PM and I was seeing on time with no delay. The from desk stuff knows what to do and was friendly. The dentist assistance treated with respect and professional; she explained what she was about to do. The dentist came into the room with in a few minutes. Introduce himself. Explained the procedure again and told me how long it would take. During and after I felt no pain. This has been the very best encounter at a dentist office by far and I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Wow... Never had a root canal before and was scared to death based on what others have told me, but Dr. Talbott was very very gentle and quick. The procedure was absolutely painless. He explained what he was doing and checked often to see if I was comfortable. Very good after care instruction sheet. Professional and polite office staff!

Dr. Shwedel and his staff were friendly and kind and professional. Dr. Shwedel was very informative, explaining everything that was going to be done, before , during and after the procedure and answering my questions. Most importantly he was not rushed. Once the procedure was done, he personally walked me out to the front desk, giving me his card and cell number, offering for me to call him if there were any problems. While most dentist offices do have someone accompany you to the front desk, I have never had the dentist do it personally, let alone to be given the dentist's personal cell phone, just the office phone or the afterhours answering service phone number. Nice touch!
